Montana District 1 Little League

Letter from the DA:

I would like to reach out and say THANK YOU to all our volunteers that made our 2020 season a success. We were one of the few Little League District’s in the world that were able to successfully play our entire season last year amid a global pandemic. Your commitment to the safety of our entire District was successful due to following the protocols that were put in place and followed. Again, thank you all for your efforts.

As we turn the page to our 2021 season, our District is planning on having another successful season at both the local and state level. Our staff at Little League is planning on having Regional and World Series tournaments this year as well. We will have protocols in place to make sure we are all safe.

Lastly, I am reaching to you to ask for your assistance with your local leagues. We need volunteers to assist in several leagues. We need board members, coaches, concession help, scorekeepers, field prep and one large shoe to fill is umpires at both the baseball and softball levels. Our District/Region offers free training for all umpires. We put on training clinics that will help you be successful. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated.
